Roger E. Wisinski

Roger E. Wisinski, age 84, a longtime resident of Naperville, IL passed away peacefully in his home, Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He was born October 2, 1940 in Chicago. Roger attended Good Shepherd Catholic School and St. Leonard School in Berwyn. He graduated from Morton High School in Cicero. He received his bachelor's degree from Aurora College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Roger served in the Army National Guard and the Army Reserves, receiving an honorable discharge. He spent more than 33 years with Joseph Ryerson Steel and in retirement enjoyed birdwatching, travel, and golf. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Sharon Putzler and his three children, Donna (Maureen Bellagamba), Daniel (Lisa Worley) and Donald (Kimberly Montavon), and his grandchildren Courtney and Michael. He was preceded in death by his parents Estelle and Edward Wisinski. Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, September 15th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory at 516 S. Washington St. Naperville, for a brief processional to the Holy Family Chapel of Sts. Peter & Paul Church, 36 N. Ellsworth Street Naperville for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Private inurnment to follow at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
