Rohit Karan Obituary
ROHIT DAVID KARAN
Rohit David Karan was born in Piarco Village, Trinidad and Tobago on March 13, 1935, and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 2, 2025, in Houston, Texas. His life was a testament to hard work, dedication, and the power of unwavering faith.
Rohit's love story with his wife Girlyn was one of deep devotion and shared faith. Together, they built a home filled with love, raising their children-Trevor, Eileen (deceased), Dianna (Anna), Gideon (Jerry), and Valerie. Following his wife's passing in 2019, he remained surrounded by the love of his family, celebrating life's moments with them until his peaceful passing on February 2, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his wife Girlyn Karan, daughter Eileen Karan, parents Karan and Boodnee Mahabir, brother Lalla Karran, and sisters Basso (Choco) Mohim and Dolly Chickooree.
