It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Keith Ardelean, who departed this life on April 29th, 2024, at the age of 65. Ron was a cherished member of our family, a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and loyal friend. His warmth, humor, and unwavering support touched everyone who knew him.
Born on July 29th, 1958, in Aurora, IL, Ron grew up loving the great outdoors. He attended East Aurora High School and did his Electrical apprenticeship with IBEW Local 701, where he made lifelong friends and discovered his passion for the electrical industry. His career as an Electrician was marked by dedication and a commitment to excellence. Ron had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel valued and appreciated through his thoughtful advice, infectious laughter, and kind words.
Ron cherished every second spent with his beloved wife, Connie. Whether sharing meals or tending their garden, their shared moments overflowed with love and laughter. His heart swelled with pride for his children, Amanda Tillery, Alex Ardelean, Lisa Oswald, Cody Pritchard, and Julia Lescelius; sons-in-law, John Tillery, Paul Oswald, and Nate Lescelius; and his four grandchildren, Isla Tillery, Sophia Oswald, Adam Oswald, and Alex Oswald, all of whom he held dear to his heart.
Ron is survived by his mother, Darlene Ardelean, and preceded in death by his father, Frank Ardelean. His siblings, Sandy Pardridge, Greg Ardelean, Rose Johanns, Diane Kuk, Dan Ardelean, Nadine Bramm, and Michelle Oester, will forever cherish their shared childhood memories and the strong bond that only brothers and sisters can have.
A visitation will be held on May 5th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, located at 24021 Royal Worlington Dr. in Naperville. This will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on May 6th at 10:30 at Our Lady of Mercy, 701 S. Eola Road, Aurora, where friends and family can gather to remember and celebrate Ron's life. Interment Risen Lord Cemetery, Oswego. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul, which was close to Ron's heart.
Ron will be remembered for his generosity, sense of humor, and unwavering love for those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit and memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

We are broken hearted with Rons passing. Ron was there as a devoted brother, brother in law, uncle, and great uncle. We enjoyed every holiday and special occasion together as a loving family and we will always hold those memories in our hearts.

Met Ron on a job in 2008. He knew my buddy, and my buddy referred to him as "The Gentleman". That he was. A prince of a guy. We d message at holidays. Rest in peace, Gentleman, you will be missed!!

My sincere sympathy to Ron's family. I have known Ron since childhood; actually had a crush on him when I was around 10 years old! Ron was a good friend and always kept us laughing at get togethers.
