After returning home, he dedicated himself to making a positive impact on the lives of youth, culminating in his retirement in 2013 from the MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility.
Outside of his professional life, Ronald was a man of many interests. He instilled values of preparedness and leadership by being actively involved in the Boy Scouts. He cherished moments spent in nature, whether camping or enjoying beach trips with his family. A devoted fan of sports, he was particularly fond of the Ohio State Buckeyes, passionately supporting his team. His creativity found expression in woodworking, where he crafted pieces that reflected his skill and dedication.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Carol, and their children: Cheryl (David), Chris (Shanae), Chareese, LeeRen, and Garrett (Jenell).
