Ron was a devoted barber for 50 years, spending the last 14 years at All Sports Barbers in Centerville. He retired from the Honda engine plant in Anna, Ohio at the age of 62 and continued to barber. His outgoing nature and competitive spirit endeared him to many, making him a cherished figure in the lives he touched.
Ron received his diploma from Andrew Columbus Barber College. Outside of work, he found joy in gardening, nurturing a variety of flowers and roses. He also had a deep passion for sports, being a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns, whose games brought him much excitement.
Ron is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Furgason, children, Tanya Wilson and her husband Mark, Nicole Sessions, Carmen Unger and her husband Jeremy, Faith Bennett and her husband Justin, and Cole Furgason. Additionally, he leaves behind his sisters, Sandra K. Woodbury and Connie J. Hogg, along with many surviving nieces and nephews, including Ronald "Fuzzy" McGlothlin, Scott McGlothlin, and Rhonda McGlothlin.
