Ronald "Ronnie" Guy Gadola, 69, of Perry, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Ronnie was born on February 6, 1956, in Fritzlar, Germany, to the late Guy and Ingebarg (Machulik) Gadola. His family later settled in Warner Robins, Georgia, where Ronnie graduated from Northside High School, Class of 1974. During his time at Northside, Ronnie developed a lifelong love for his alma mater. Even as an adult, he remained one of the Eagles' most dedicated supporters, always cheering them on and attending games whenever he could. Following high school, Ronnie answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Coast Guard, where he faithfully served for four years. His commitment to service and excellence carried into his professional career. After his military service, Ronnie began working as a sheet metal mechanic at Robins Air Force Base with the Civil Service. Over the course of 38 years, he became a respected and valued member of his team, known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to help others. Ronnie retired in 2016, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and integrity. Ronnie married the love of his life, Cindy Gadola (Ellenberg). Together they built a beautiful life centered around faith, love, and family. Their greatest joy came with the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Sara Gadola, whom Ronnie adored beyond measure. He was a devoted husband and father, always putting his family first and cherishing every moment spent with them. Ronnie's faith in Christ was the cornerstone of his life. He was a faithful and active member of Second Baptist Church in Warner Robins, where he joyfully served in several ministries over the years. Ronnie was a dedicated Awana leader, guiding children in their spiritual growth, and he was an active member and leader of Second Men, the church's men's prayer group. His quiet strength, kind heart, and unwavering faith touched the lives of many within his church family. Outside of his work and ministry, Ronnie found peace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved to fish, travel, and spend time outdoors. He was an avid walker and could often be found enjoying a stroll through his neighborhood in the Houston Springs Retirement Community, where he was well known and deeply loved by many of his neighbors. Above all, Ronnie's favorite moments were those spent with his family-sharing meals, laughter, and making cherished memories together. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Ingebarg Gadola, and his brother, Roy Gadola. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cindy Gadola of Perry; his beloved daughter, Elizabeth Sara Gadola; his brother, Frank Gadola (Gloria) of Alameda, California; his sisters, Patty Taylor (John) of Miramar Beach, Florida, and Linda Hope (Christopher McVeigh) of Centerville, Georgia; sister in laws, Joan Ellenberg of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Tammy Vincent of Warner Robins, Georgia; and his many cherished nieces and nephews: Emily Fowler (Jake), Amber Hope, Adam Hope, Johnny Taylor (Melissa), and Jennifer Taylor Mier (Brian). He also leaves behind great-nieces and nephews Kathryn, Benjamin, Abigail, and Judson, all of whom brought him immense joy. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Second Baptist Church in Warner Robins. A celebration of Ronnie's life will follow at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Jim Perdue and Pastor Mike Slade officiating. Ronnie will be laid to rest following the service at Parkway Memorial Cemetery. Ronnie will be remembered as a man of great faith, integrity, and compassion-a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend whose quiet strength and gentle spirit left a lasting mark on all who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of love and faith will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever. With honor, Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
