Yon Hui Johnson

Yon Hui Johnson, (Yi Yon Hui) beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, Christian, artist, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2025, at the age of 68. She was born on September 8, 1957, in Puyo, South Korea. After completing high school and attending Art School, Yon followed her lifelong passion for creativity and beauty by pursuing a career in art. Her talent, dedication, and love for expression touched the lives of many who experienced her work. She was known for her gentle spirit, artistic eye, and the warmth she brought to everyone around her. Yon's greatest joy in life was her family. She is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her two sons, Joseph Johnson (Kassie) of Charleston, South Carolina, and Daniel Johnson (Kelly) of Perry, Georgia; her grandchildren Avery and Ivy Johnson; and ex-spouse Forest of Perry, Georgia. Her legacy of love, creativity, and strength will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
