Frank R. Vondra (Bellevue PD, Retired)

January 23, 2025

Ron was a valued, treasured friend to everyone who knew him. He was prepared to protect and to defend lives, homes, property and the streets. He was a shining example of what a police officer should be: competent and courageous, tenacious and tough, brave and dedicated, yet understanding and compassionate to those who needed a helping hand. He was truly committed to service to his community and his country. To all of his family, I offer my prayers and deepest sympathies.
