Ronald Haidet Obituary
Ronald B. "Ron" Haidet, age 83, of Akron, passed away on November 10, 2024 at Pleasant View Health Care Center. He was born on December 31, 1940 to the late Dale and Dorothy Haidet in Akron, OH.
Ron worked as a Printer for Goodyear for more than 36 faithful years before retirement.
He loved to hunt and fish and he would often be found doing this with his son, Danny.
On April 8, 1963, he married Janet (formerly Sample) Haidet. Ron and Janet lived in Akron, OH for their entire life together.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Janet; son, Danny (Linda) Haidet; daughter, Tammy (Louis) Hildabrand; grandchildren, Amanda (Derek) Burton, Barbara Hildabrand and Rebecca (Stephen) Cornell; great-grandchildren, Josie, Jacie, Oaklee and one on the way, Caleb; sister, Virginia Haidet; as well as other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no formal services planned at this time.
