Ronald D. Halderman

Ronald D. Halderman, 85 of Taylor Mill, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 6, 2025. He was retired pressman for Deluxe Engraving and then had worked as a limousine driver. Ron was a 1958 graduate of Simon Kenton High School and a 64 year member of the Bradford Lodge #123 F&AM and Indra Consistory Scottish Rite. He was also a member of Oakridge Baptist Church, and the Sunday Morning Club. Ron was a real Santa Claus, portraying Santa for 25 years. Ron was preceded in death by his parents Shirley and Mary Gladys Halderman; three brothers Robert, Virgil and William; sister Shirlia Halderman and two nephews Denny and Steve Halderman. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Bonnie Combs Halderman; four nieces Tammy Dempsey, Sherry Taylor, Debbie Tuttle and Becky Halderman; five nephews Kevin Halderman, Greg Halderman, Mike Combs, Rodney Combs Jr. and Bob Dempsey. Visitation will be from 3 pm till 6:30 pm with a masonic service beginning at 6:30 pm and the funeral service following at 7 pm Friday, July 11, 2025 all at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 6056 Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY 41015. Burial will be 9:30 am Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
