To all of Roe´s love ones family and friends. Roe was a really good man who was quiet by nature but had a very strong, honest caring faith. He lived his faith very quietly and generously blessed many who never knew where their help came from. Roe´s children and grandchildren are extremely blessed to have had such a man to lead the family. I know it hurts to lose him even though we know he is really living now. We pray the most merciful and gracious Lord God Almighty comforts you during this time.

My thoughts are with the family of Roe. My most memorable memory goes back to when I was 16 or 17. I knew the Messner´s through the Wichita Swim Club. Robin and I were good friends. Spent a few nights at their home out east by Terradyne.
I bought my first car from Roe. On my own. It was a used Cutlass Supreme. He made my first personal financial obligation / experience helping me be accountable!
I had great memories with this car.
Great memories shared with the family during our teenage years.
He is with Jesus now. God is in control. Rest in peace and soar high with the eagles.
I pray for comfort for the family in Jesus name Amen

Ok . You ready for this. ? My name is Marjorie Humbargar. I and my parents lived south of the Messners when they moved to Wichita. On Erie Street. My mother was impressed and interested in Roe's business. He had to be declared independent to sign contracts. Quite the mover and shaker. Before it was a thing. Side note. Messners brought in Roe's coyote. It was chained in the back yard. Probably 1949. I couldn't keep my little girl hands off of it. So they had to get ride of it. Sad. Lasting memory. Mrs. Messner hung out clothes on their backyard line barefoot in the snow. Wearing a big heavy man's 'camel hair coat'. I kept asking how she did it. Many was the time I tried to copy it. No luck. Our last visit was to the open house at the fancy , modern '50s house that Roe built for his folks down by the river. But I was 5 or 6. Remember the floors were tile and concrete. There was a winding staircase. Our family followed Roe's career vicariously. Saw from a distance the horse ranch for his family. An amazing man and career. Condolences.

I have fond memories of having Roe Messner for my Sunday class teacher in the 90's. He taught the Navigator memory course. He was very kind, and took his responsibility of teaching the class very seriously. Our prayers are with your family. God bless, Karen Conger

I started working for Roe in 1979.Roe gave me the opportunity to succeed. He made me construction superintendent in 1984. Roe put his trust in me and I´m so appreciative of that. Roe accomplished much in his lifetime to build the kingdom and he will be missed. Thank you Roe
