Ronald J. Niemczyk, 58, passed away peacefully on May 6th, 2023, after his courageous battle with cancer at his home in Oconomowoc, WI with his wife Nita and family members at his side.
Ron was born in Stevens Point, WI to the late Sylvester "Silver" and Beverly (Bohm) Niemczyk. He graduated high school from SPASH in 1983. He continued his education at UWSP and graduated with a graphic arts degree from UW Stout. He worked as a cost estimator at Worzalla Publishing in Stevens Point, WI, Berryville Printing in Winchester, VA, EPI in Battle Creek, MI, and upon returning to WI worked at CL&D and Promach in Oconomowoc, WI.
While in Winchester he met the love of his life Nita and married her in September 2001. Together they began the " Adventure of a lifetime " starting with Augusta, MI where they enjoyed camping, fruit picking and traveling in the UP. Together they restored a 1961 Shasta camper- aka "Daisy" and joined the Tin Can Tourists. Their adventure continued 12 years ago returning to WI, allowing them to spend more time with their large family. He enjoyed nothing more than building a campfire, cooking over it, and relaxing around it. He enjoyed the outdoors, kayaking, fishing, cruising and partying with his family.
He was a man of many talents among them fly tying, woodworking, gardening, grilling, and making people laugh with his unique sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife Juanita "Nita "(Rotruck) Niemczyk, his mother Beverly, his stepdaughter Michelle(Tim) Hubbel, his siblings Randy(Diane) Niemczyk, Kathy (Dave) Koch, David (Donna) Niemczyk, Cindy (Tim) King, Sandy Irwin, Cheri Niemczyk, Karen Niemczyk (Tom Trinkle), Mike (Marilou) Niemczyk, his in-laws George(Lisa) Lease, Chris (Wayne) Miller, Brenda Lease, Mike (Denise) Berk, Lenny (Nancy) Emerick, and Stephen Duckworth, his Godchildren Tom Koch, Vanessa Niemczyk, and Nathan Meronek, many nieces and nephews, special friends Tom "Butch" and Jen Meronek and many other lifelong friends.
