Ronald Michael O'Neill, age 75, of West Chester, PA, passed away on September 3, 2025.
Born in Bryn Mawr, PA in 1949, he was the son of the late Michael and Adaline (nee Pothering) O'Neill. Ronald was known as "Mr. Fix-It" and had a gift for repairing just about anything. Family and friends counted on him to help with mechanical problems and lend a hand when needed. Ronald enjoyed collecting vintage car plates. He will be remembered for his sharp wit and kind heart.
Ronald was the loving father of Amanda Smith (Zach), Jonathan O'Neill (Lauren), and Chris Grant (Michelle); caring grandfather of Elletta Smith, Noelle Smith, Lacey O'Neill, Dane O'Neill, Greyson Smith, Christopher Grant, and Conner Grant; dear brother of Jerry O'Neill (Joan) and the late Edward O'Neill.
Services and interment are private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692, or to BREATHE DSC LLC via Zelle using [email protected]. Dina Sagarese-Coleman, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Owner of Breathe DSC LLC has been focused on helping people identify what it is they want in life and what has been in the way of achieving it for over 25 years. Together, BREATHE assists people to heal from trauma, gain relief/freedom from addictions and so many other issues all while becoming aware of their inner strengths and empowering people to transform their lives. Donations will be paid forward to those seeking help who cannot afford to do so.
