Ronald Prinsen Obituary
Ronald "Ron" entered eternal life on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the age of 90. Born on October 5, 1934, in Cedar Grove. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Joanne (nee Barborich). Dad to Mike, Jennie (Shawn) Morris and Todd (Angie). Grandpa to Sean Tretow, Mollie Tretow; Collin, Chloe, and Annika Prinsen; Kaila and Serina Morris; Myla (Gary) Brown, and Celeta (Eric) Kammerzelt. Also survived by sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Prinsen, Ruth (Guy) Smitham, Susan (Duwaine) Nachand, and Sue Barborich and brothers-in-law, William Barborich and Dennis (Cheryl) Barborich. Further survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Florence Prinsen and brother, Warren Prinsen.
Ron worked as a machinist at Waukesha Engine. After retiring in 2000, he mowed grass for New Berlin Schools.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17, at BLESSED SAVIOR LUTHERAN CHURCH, 15250 W. Cleveland Ave., New Berlin, from 9:30- 10:45 AM, followed by the Funeral Service at 11AM. Private interment at Highland Memorial Park, New Berlin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Blessed Savior Endowment Fund or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
