Madison – Ronald Lee "Butch" Reaver, 79, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Jacobs Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Madison.

Butch was born March 18, 1946, in Springfield, OH. He worked at the American Express call center in Greensboro, and later in the trucking industry. He was a member of Glencoe United Methodist Church, in Summerfield.

Butch is survived by his wife, Pamela Ann (Mellon) Reaver; two sons, Scott Allen Reaver, and James "Jamie" Reaver and wife, Michelle; four grandchildren, Keri, Jessica, Brent and wife, Carolyn, and Shannon; two great grandchildren, Jace and Kali. He was preceded in death by his mother, Winnie Ellis, and sister, Betty Davis.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service, in High Point, officiated by Rev. John Murphy. The family will receive friends following the service.
