Ronald "Ronnie" Arthur Stepp, 72, of Pauline, South Carolina entered into Eternal rest on Monday, September 8, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family.
Ronnie, as he was affectionately known was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the son of the late Dulas Arthur Stepp and the late Carolyn Vivian (Owens) Stepp. He was predeceased by his oldest sister, Rita Brockman.
Left to cherish Ronnie's many memories are his loving wife of 48 years: Karen Bishop Stepp; a daughter, Angie Ivey (Ken); one grandson, Riley Alford, that he loved dearly; one brother: Donnie Stepp (Beth); and sister; Carmen Hutcherson (James). He was loved dearly by his nieces and nephews.
Ronnie was a retired welder with Diversified Systems, Incorporated. He was a member of Solid Rock Church in Spartanburg. He had a love for horses and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was proud of his 2006 Chevrolet truck that he kept in immaculate condition. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.
A graveside service to honor Ronnie's life will be held at 11 :00 AM on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens,1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Reverend Randy Lewis will officiate the service.
Ronnie's memories will continue to live in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
The arrangements are entrusted into the care of Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel.
