Ronald Lee Webster, Sr., 79, of Hitchins, Kentucky, departed this life on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at his residence. He was born November 25, 1946, in Ashland, Kentucky, the son of the late Charles and Doris Gilliam Webster. He was preceded in death by one sister, Sue Webster.

Ronald served his country honorably in the United States Army, retiring after 20 years as Master Sergeant. After his military career, he worked for Buchanan Sound and Communications, retiring again after another 20 years. Ronald loved his family fiercely and was proud of his country. He enjoyed electronics and computers and was a skilled ham radio operator.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Faith Shepard Webster; three sons, Keith (Jodie) Webster of Hitchins, KY; Ronald (Jean Oliver) Webster, Jr. of Gardnerville, NV; and Charles (Rachel) Webster of Winchester, CA; ten grandchildren, Tashina (Sasha) Webster, Lakotah (Brody Allen) Webster, Michael (Emily) Webster, Cecilia (Shelby) Halverson, Laken (Johnathon) Kelley, Sean (Alyssa) Webster, Crystal Silvers, Dylan Silvers, Garrett (Anna) Silvers, and Alex (Col. Louis) Hammond; five great-grandchildren, Labella Allen, Aiden Hammond, James "JC" Webster, Klarrisa Webster, and Caroline Silvers; one brother, Chuck (Anna) Webster of El Paso, TX; and a host of extended family and friends who mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Malone Funeral Home, with Bro. David Collier and Bro. Paul Holbrook officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Northeast. Friends may call on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the service hour.
