Ronald Edward Willadson of Gillette, Wyoming passed away peacefully February 23, 2025 at the age of 84. He was born on October 10, 1940, in Newcastle, Wyoming to Edwin and Gertrude (Rahn) Willadson.
Ron married Elvera Hicks on August 30, 1964. Ron held several jobs over the years including oil field, delivering gas and propane, coal mining and construction on draglines. He retired from L&H Industrial in 2014. Ron loved his family, going fishing with grandkids, gardening, and tinkering in his shop.
Ron is survived by his daughters, Shelley (Willadson) Wilson and husband Bill Wilson of Rapid City, SD and daughter Cindy Willadson of Gillette, Wyoming. Grandkids Dylon Wilson of Austin, TX and Jordon and wife Devon Wilson of Rapid City, SD, Kyle and wife Leslie Baker of Victoria, TX, Bret Baker of Gillette, WY, and Auston, Baker of Gillette, WY. Great-grandchildren Brooks, Cooper and Rocky Wilson of Rapid City, SD and Kaursin, Taigan, and Emburlin Baker of Victoria, TX.
Ron is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Elvera Willadson; his parents Edward and Gertrude Willadson, brothers John and wife Marie Willadson, Roy and wife Annie Willadson, Willie Willadson, sisters Virginia and husband Bob Carrigan, Peggy and husband Daniel Graves.
