Ronnie Davis Obituary
Ronnie was a 1974 graduate of Matoaka High School. He was a former employee of Lane Furniture Co. in Rocky Mount, Virginia, Roadmaster Bicycle Co. in Olney, Illinois and was a security guard at Wal-Mart in Olney. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed all types of sports. Ronnie was a "people person" and never met a stranger. He had a heart of gold and loved helping other people.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Elaine Moore; two brothers, James Davis and Bobby Ray Davis and step-father, Charles E. Moore.
Survivors include his former wife, Jonie Strickler of Roanoke; one sister, Mary Christley of Roanoke; four nephews, Kevin Spicer, James Davis, Jeffrey Davis and Jason Davis; one niece, Jennifer Rabideau; and special friends, Rocky and Tresa Ball of Weyanoke.
There will be no services at the funeral home.
Arrangements by Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.bailey-kirk.com.
