Ronnie Neighbors Obituary

Ronnie owned and operated Ronnie s Guitar Shop for 35 years. He also played 16 years in the Music Mountain Jamboree Band.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Jimmy and Tommy Neighbors.
Ronnie leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Faye Rene Gammill Neighbors; children, Jerrell Reece of Hot Springs, Darrell Reece (Lori) of Iowa, Felicia Helms (Chad) of Hot Springs, Robert Helms of Hot Springs, Jerrica Reece Neighbors of Memphis; nephew, C.J. Neighbors of Bull Shoals; grandchildren, Chase Clowers (Deidra) of Hot Springs, Jordyn Sils of Iowa, Landon Reece of Russellville, Brooke Reece of Hot Springs, Delaney Reece of Iowa; great-grandchildren, Laiden Clowers, Chandler Reece, Adilynn Clowers, Lilly Clowers; and a host of cousins and friends.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 1st at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
A celebration of Ronnie s life will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 2nd at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Jerry Keener, Mike Banks, J.D. Hazelwood, Gary Haini, David Bass, and Chuck McDonald.
Honorary pallbearers are Ed Coney, Ken Page, Frank Payte, Gene Simmons, E.C. Logan, Scott Coney, Dave Dyson, Dennis Wallace, Dwayne Hodges, Junior Knight, Arkansas Steel Guitar Group, and the staff at CHI St. Vincent Hospital.

Faye - we just saw Ronnie's obituary in the Sunday paper. We are so sorry to learn of his passing. What a special man he was. We are so blessed to have been part of his life. He was not one to be a "chattie-cathiy" but he could let a zinger go once in a while. He will be missed by so many of us, two footed and four footed. You will be in our memories and thoughts.
