Ronnie Dale Peacock, 77, of Bloomburg, Texas, passed away on October 24, 2025. He was born on November 13, 1947, in Atlanta, Texas, to the late Earn and Corine Peacock.
On April 29, 1978, Ronnie married the love of his life, Peggy Hensley Peacock. Together they shared 47 wonderful years filled with laughter, love, and family.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Peggy, and their children, Jeffrey and Melanie Peacock of Flower Mound, Texas, Lacy and Ray Ruggles of Saratoga Springs, Utah, Tiffany and Joe Coats of Queen City, Texas, Chrissy and Steve Hale of Texarkana, Texas, Ryan and Samantha Peacock of Wake Village, Texas. He was the proud grandfather of 16 grandchildren: Tray, Rylee, Triston, Caroline, Kinley, Tucker, Lila, Aubrey, Collins, Hickory, Sterling, Ledger, Briar, Blakely, Emery, and Miller, and one treasured great-grandchild, Azmay. He also had a special place in his heart for his favorite grand-dog, Vin Diesel Ruggles. Ronnie is also survived by his siblings: Orville Peacock, Sylvia Bain (everyone knows Sylvia could do no wrong in his eyes), and Giles Peacock.
A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Ronnie lived his faith through kindness, service, and unwavering loyalty to family and friends. He never met a stranger and was always just a phone call away for anyone in need. He had a story or joke ready for whoever was willing to listen, and his love for life was contagious.
Ronnie enjoyed cheering for the Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Rabbits, hunting and fishing, and was always up for a trip to Mexico. He was a true foodie; especially when it came to Mexican food and loved shopping at Aldi. Stubborn in the best way, fiercely loyal, and endlessly generous, he loved his family deeply and helped in any way he could.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Earn and Corine Peacock.
Services will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Ronnie will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who were blessed to know him.
