Rosalie M. "Rose" Bistodeau

Rosalie "Rose" M. Bistodeau (Colbath), of Crystal, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2024 at the age of 77. Rose was born on September 12, 1946 to Robert and Paulina (Schwartz) Colbath. She graduated from Robbinsdale High School in 1964. Rose worked at Honeywell for over 25 years and retired in 2012 as a buyer. Rose was known for her soft-spoken kindness and was loved by all who had the honor of being in her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom; parents, Robert and Paulina; sister, Pat Trafton; brothers, Robert Jr. and Dan Colbath; nephews, Dylan Colbath and Jessie Forde. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (April) Bistodeau, son, Bernard Bistodeau; stepdaughter, Jackie (Mike) VanLith, grandchildren, Morgan Bistodeau, Ashely VanLith, Cody VanLith; brothers, Jim (Marge) Colbath, John Colbath, Jeff (Cheryl) Colbath; sister, Paulina (John) Pappas; many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends. Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 26 at 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM with lunch to follow at Washburn-McReavy Glen Haven Chapel, 5125 W Broadway Ave, Crystal. In lieu of flowers, donations to offset family and medical expenses are appreciated. Interment St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, 8601 93rd Ave. N, Osseo.
