Roscoe Madden was born January 4, 1940 in Jackson County, Kentucky to Clarence and Charlotte (Witt) Madden and departed this life Thursday September 4, 2025 at his residence in McKee, Ky.
Roscoe is survived by two sons; Tim and Donna Madden of Tyner, Ky., and Jeff and Sherry Madden of Mckee, Ky. and by three siblings; Charlie A. and (Joyce) Madden of Gray Hawk, Ky., Letha Scott of Richmond, Ky. and Patsy and (Frank) Smith of Gray Hawk, Ky. He is also survived by the following grandchildren; Shanay Day, Tiffany Medlock, James Travis Madden, Kyra Madden, Zoey Beth Madden, Nathan Johnson, Steven Smith, Joby Smith and Jessica Peters, and by 14 Greatgrandchildren.
Roscoe is also survived by a special friend Meda Kay Tillery.
He was a member of the Blackwater # 1 Baptist Church.
Other than his parents Roscoe was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Ann (Pennington) Madden of 61 years and by three siblings Edward Madden, Leo Madden, and Edna Madden.
Funeral services for Roscoe Madden will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday September 9, 2025 at the Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Johnson and Bro. Brian Gabbard officiating with burial in the Hick-Reynolds Cemetery in Tyner, Ky.
Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. Monday September 8, 2025 at the Lakes Funeral Home.
