Rose Marie Daffer, of Nashville, passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 88. She was born on August 30, 1936, to the late Albert and Ruth Iodice. She was a graduate of Lexington High School in Lexington, Mass. She enjoyed caring for animals, reading, and gardening. She was of the Catholic faith. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing clubs. Rose Marie gave unconditional love. She will be greatly missed. Her love will go on forever.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her sister, Ruth.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 42 years, Harry Daffer; sons, Douglas Cullington and Mark Cullington; grandchildren, Lena, Dalton, and Georgia Cullington.
Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until 12:00PM on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Bellevue Presbyterian Church located at 100 Cross Timbers Drive in Nashville. Services will begin at 12:00PM at the Church with Pastor Scott Huie officiating. Following the Service, Rose Marie will be laid to rest in the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on McCrory Lane.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Nashville in Rose Marie’s honor.
