Funeral services for Rose Marie Goltz, 87, of Grandview, Texas will take place April 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Shepherd's Valley Cowboy Church located at 8901 US Hwy 67, Alvarado, TX 76009 with Pastor Johnny Wohlgemuth officiating. There will be a time of visitation on April 2, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for family and friends at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home, located at 512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033. 

Rose Marie Goltz, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. Born on June 27, 1937, in Houston, Texas. Rose was a fiery and feisty spirit who filled the lives of those around her with love, laughter, and encouragement.

Over her 41-year marriage, she cherished her husband, Tom Goltz, nurturing a partnership built on mutual respect and unwavering support. A devoted mother, Rose adored her children, Vickie Schuler, James Ray West, Cynthia Dreiling and her husband Leonard, Edward Franks and his wife Teresa, Charles Lee West and his wife Pam. She treasured the moments spent with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy.

Her strong work ethic and competitive spirit reflected not only in her personal endeavors but also in her love for animals, particularly her beloved dog, Rascal. Rose was known for her passionate participation in racing and tractor pulling events, where her energetic personality truly shined.

An advocate for children in need, Rose dedicated herself to supporting St. Jude's Children's Hospital, serving both as an advocate and a sponsor. Her devotion extended to her community and her church, qualities that endeared her to many and made her a beloved figure in those she encountered.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elton and Veda Brasier; her son, Charles Lee West; siblings, Dolores Oliver, Jean Hollifield, and “Sonny” Brasier. Their memories lived on through her enduring legacy of love and resilience.

As we honor Rose Marie Goltz, let us remember her vibrant spirit, her generous heart, and the countless lives she touched with her unwavering love and passion for life.
