Rosemary A. McCrevan, of Randolph, a beacon of kindness and love, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2025. Born on August 1, 1952, to the late George P. and Mary A. (Joyce) McCrevan, she grew up to become a remarkable woman whose life was a testament to her loving nature and her generous spirit.
Rosemary was the devoted sister of Joyce McCrevan McCauley and her husband Richard McCauley of Randolph. She lovingly remembered her late brothers, George P. McCrevan, Jr. and Michael McCrevan, and was the dear sister-in-law of Debra (Roaf) McCrevan of Exeter, NH. Her warmth and joy extended to her role as a loving aunt to Lisa Kelley, Lori Kluznick, and Jason McCrevan, and she cherished the special bond she had with her seven grandnieces and nephews.
A proud alumna of Girls Latin School, Rosemary graduated in 1971, setting the stage for her future academic and professional achievements. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston State College with a bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Psychology. Her pursuit of excellence continued as she earned her MBA from Babson College.
Rosemary's professional journey was marked by many years dedicated to the banking industry before she ventured into entrepreneurship. She founded Business Continuation Services, a company specializing in Disaster Recovery. Her expertise made her a well-known and respected figure in her field, and she became a frequent speaker at conferences, particularly in Silicon Valley, where she shared her knowledge and insights.
Her interests were as diverse as they were profound. Rosemary lived in Hawaii for a time, embracing the island's beauty and spirit. She had an enduring love for music, theater, the arts, and reading. Museums were a sanctuary for her curious mind, while her passion for fashion and hats was well-known among her friends and family. Her talents were many; she was an excellent seamstress and her needlework was nothing short of beautiful.
Rosemary's personality was an embodiment of infectious joy. She was a sweet and generous soul who approached life with the belief that strangers were simply friends she had yet to meet. Her presence was a source of comfort and happiness to those around her.
Her life was a tapestry of love, kindness, and intelligence, woven through the hearts of everyone she touched. Rosemary's legacy will continue to inspire and influence those who were fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will be cherished and celebrated, and she will be missed dearly by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
