Born in Hollister, Rosie lived a life rooted in warmth, devotion, and quiet strength. She worked for many years as a dedicated line worker at Golden Grain Macaroni Company, where her strong work ethic and gentle spirit were deeply valued.
Rosie found joy in the simple pleasures - especially crocheting, spending time with her family, and sharing the food she lovingly prepared. Her fresh homemade tortillas were a favorite among family and friends, always made with care and served with love.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Christina "Tina" Wilson and Rose "Carmen" Beristianos, and her devoted sons-in-law, Jeff Wilson and Anthony "Andy" Beristianos. She was the proud grandmother of Jeffery "JC" Wilson Jr., Ashley Wilson, Dominic Wilson, Michael Beristianos, Jacob Beristianos and his wife Taylar, and Nicholas Beristianos and his fiancée Kasey Douglas. Her legacy continues through her beloved great-grandchildren: Audrey Beristianos, Benjamin Avila Wilson, Emily Beristianos, and Harper Beristianos.
Rosie will be remembered for her gentle nature, unwavering love for her family, and the quiet wisdom she shared with all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, creativity, and deep family connection.
A funeral service to honor Rosie's life will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery & Funeral Center, located at 1051 Harder Road, Hayward, CA 94542.
She will be profoundly missed and forever held in the hearts of those she touched.
