Ross Edward Angel Jr.
March 11, 1958- July 26th, 2024
Ross (Eddie) Angel Jr. of Hurst Texas went to be with the Lord on July 26th, 2024. Eddie was 66 years of age and passed peacefully in the hospital with his wife by his side.
Eddie was born in Kermit Texas on March 11, 1958, to Ross Edward Angel Sr. and Verdie Downs Angel. Eddie moved to Bronte Texas and met the Love of his life. They both graduated from Bronte High School in the Class of 1976.
He married Margaret (Peggy) Ann Reed on November 25th, 1981. They have two beautiful, amazing sons, Kenneth Edward Angel, and David Edward Angel. They will deeply miss their dad. He also would want us to mention that he had two beloved dogs Ryder and Dakota.
Eddie spent his career in aerospace, working for over 25 years at Bell Helicopter, where he worked until his passing. He will be greatly missed by his coworkers at Bell Helicopter. He absolutely loved his job and coworkers and advocated for them.
He enjoyed traveling and would spend hours researching places that he visited or wanted to visit. He stayed current on aviation incidents, especially anything dealing with helicopters. He loved to grill and play with his beloved dogs.
Eddie is survived by his wife Peggy, his son Kenneth with his wife Jade Angel and their two daughters Brynn and Reese, and his other son David Angel. Eddie has two sisters Patricia McCasland and JoAnn Myers, and, brother Bobby Eason. He had numerous nieces and nephews which he loved and enjoyed spending time with. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother James and sister Elaine.
The Memorial Service will be held at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst Texas on August the 11th at 2pm.
