Roy Pena Ledesma, a man known for his laughter, craftsmanship, and creative spirit, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2025, at the age of 57 in Round Rock, Texas. Born on the Fourth of July in 1967, in the close-knit town of Taylor, Texas, Roy's vibrant personality was as radiant and memorable as the fireworks that marked his birth.
Roy's life was one of dedication, both to his family and his trade. He is survived by his loving mother, Dolores Ledesma; his son, Joe Ledesma; his daughter, Brittney Ledesma; and his seven siblings, who together mourn the loss of a remarkable soul, yet celebrate the enduring legacy of his love and laughter. Roy was a beacon of joy and an anchor of support to all who knew him.
A gifted mechanic, Roy spent many years turning wrenches and solving puzzles under the hoods of countless vehicles. He was a man who could fix anything, a testament to his can-do attitude.
Roy's talents extended beyond the garage; he was an artist in his own right. He was often found tinkering in his garage, transforming ordinary objects into extraordinary treasures. His projects were not only a showcase of his talent but also a reflection of his resourceful nature.
As we say farewell to Roy, we hold tight to the memories he has given us. His legacy will live on, not only in the machines he brought back to life but in the lessons he has taught us, and the laughter he has shared with us. His spirit will forever be a guiding light in the lives of those he touched, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his beloved family and friends. Rest in peace, Roy, and may your journey forward be as joyful as the life you lived among us.
