Roy Glenn was born in Humboldt, TN to Jerry Oneal and Alice Faye Morris on February 10, 1959. He grew up in Brownsville, TN. He worked as part of the Owens-Corning Maintenance Department in Jackson, TN for 25 years. He was a faithful member of Cypress Community Church. He loved life and loved his work and co-workers. He was one who was always fond of anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also loved working in his shop in his spare time. His family and grandchildren were the loves of his life, and he cherished the wonderful times they spent together.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Morris of Alamo, TN; two daughters, Summer Morris-Jenkins and Tonya Zaragoza (Octavio) all of Bells, TN; three sons, Branon Morris (Amy) of Hornsby, TN, Matthew Morris of Alamo, TN and Joseph Sweat (Kristina) of Alamo, TN; two sisters, Debbie White (Tommy) of Ripley, TN and Renee Diamond of Jackson, TN; three brothers, Timmy Morris (Renee) of Bells, TN, Jerry Lynn Morris (Suzanne) of Jackson, TN, and Roger Morris of Brownsville, TN. He leaves a legacy of love for his eleven grandchildren and his one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Alice Faye Morris, and one grandson, Claiborne Baynes.
Pallbearers for the service will be Michael Davis, Chris Davis, Mark Williams, Bruce Staggs, Ben King, and Brad Allen.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the Owens-Corning Maintenance Department.
All arrangements and services are under the direction of Brownsville Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
