Roy Scott Obituary
Born on November 13, 1950, in Windsor, Canada, Roy was the son of the late James McIntosh Scott and Nora Elsie Morton. He was a proud, lifelong member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and worked as an electrician on projects across the United States before retiring in 2018.
In 1998, Roy met Linda Lee Limas and they married in 2009. Together they shared a loving and adventurous life. He is survived by his wife, Linda; stepchildren Lynae Danias, Dr. James (Jessica) Danias, and Lindsey Danias; grandchildren Chloe Gordon, Cameron Gordon, Bradley Crothers, Cole Danias, and Hendrix Danias; brothers Randy Scott and James Scott; and nieces and nephews Craig, Ian, Jenny, Tammy, and James Scott.
A devoted sports fan and former semi-professional hockey player, Roy proudly supported the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions and Nascar. He will be remembered for his intelligence, generosity, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
