Mr. Roy Edward Swallows, age 82 of Crossville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 30th, 2026. He was born on February 11th, 1943, in Monterey, TN. He was a US Air Force veteran. He retired after many years working with K-25 as a maintenance mechanic. Gardening was his favorite hobby and he was always proud of what he grew. He is preceded in death by his wife: Carolyn Jo Swallows; parents: Louis & Pearl Swallows; and sisters: Irene Phillips, Alma Jackson, and Freda Cline. He is survived by:
Daughter: Tracy Adams (Norman)
Granddaughter: Ashley Wolff (Michael)
Great Grandchild: Nathan Wolff
Sister: Willene Marney
and a host of other extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, from 2:00-3:00 pm at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm. Graveside and interment service will follow in the Daysville Cemetery in the Daysville community of Rockwood. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Roy Edward Swallows.
