Roy was an avid State fan, loved watching baseball, always quick to crack a joke. He loved his family and working in the garden.
Mr. Walker is survived by son, Roy Walker Jr. (Michelle); daughter, Tammy Walker and his brother Reid Walker.
The family will receive friends 6-8 pm on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Clements Funeral Home in Durham. A graveside service will be held 11 am on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Maplewood Cemetery, 1621 Duke University Rd. Durham.
