Roy Walters Obituary

Born in Pottsville, PA, he was raised in Kearny, NJ and graduated from Kearny High School. He later lived in Newark, NJ then Rockaway, NJ before moving to Seaside Heights in 2019.
Roy received his Bachelor's Degree from Bloomfield College and served in the United States Army National Guard.
He retired as a Supervisor from Worthington Pump in Harrison, NJ. Following his retirement, he worked in Sales at The Wiz in Willowbrook, NJ and then PC Richards in Ledgewood, NJ.
Roy was a member of the American Legion Post 351, Seaside Heights, NJ.
He was predeceased by his wife Theresa A. Walters in April 2024 and his parents Clifford and Helen Walters.
Roy is survived by his two children Deborah McConnell and her husband Jim of Macungie, PA and Nicholas Walters of Seaside Heights, NJ, his granddaughter Shannon McConnell and his sister Marie Wagner.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 809 Central Ave., Seaside Park, NJ.
