Pauline was born on Saturday, May 9, 1942 in Sicily Island, LA and passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at her daughter's house surrounded by loved ones. Pauline loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting, where she found peace and joy in God's creation. Pauline enjoyed attending church and was a member of New Hope Pentecostal Church. She also had a fondness for flowers, taking delight in their beauty and the care they required. Her heart was rooted in family, and she found her greatest joy in being surrounded by those she loved. Pauline cherished family gatherings, where she would prepare delicious meals and take pleasure in feeding her family. She adored her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, each one holding a special place in her heart. Her legacy of faith and love will live on.
She is reunited with her parents, Henry Louis Ratcliff and Ruby Walston Ratcliff; brothers, Charlie "C.L." Louis Ratcliff and L.V, Ratcliff; son, Dale Price; and step-son, Lucas Goodwin.
Those left behind to cherish Pauline's memory is her husband, Robert Goodwin of Sicily Island, LA; sons, Clint Price & his wife Robin of Wildsville, LA, Shan Price & his wife Deborah of Sicily Island, LA, and Russell Tanner & his wife Sarah of Jakarta, Indonesia; daughter, Teresa Bowman & her husband John of Sicily Island, LA; sister, Nadine Campbell & her husband Raymond of Sicily Island, LA; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Those honoring Pauline as pallbearers are Ronnie Price, Jeremiah Nelson, J.D. Price, Trey Bowman, Anthony Parker, and Tristan Price.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Herron, Chris Hattaway, and Mitch Cooper.
