Rudy Lopez Cordova passed away peacefully on March 15, 2021 at the age of 69. He leaves behind his esteemed and adoring wife of 35 years, Maria Cordova, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was born on June 2nd, 1951 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to parents, Manuel Paredez Córdova and María Elena López de Córdova. His mom departed this world prematurely leaving behind 3 boys, José Luis, Fernando and Rodolfo Cordova, to be raised by his grandparents until the age of 7 when his father sent for him, making the Bay Area his new home. He thrived in this new Country, graduated from Jefferson High School and continued his education by becoming a plumber and an electrician. He instilled solid working ethics into his children, implanting the seed to never give up on whatever endeavor they may pursue. During the later part of his life, his joy was to travel with his wife around Mexico and watch his family grow into this unique structure. He retired in 2020 and dedicated his life to making memories with his wife. He left his children with these final words, "I love you more than you know".

Please join us in remembering Rudy. The viewing will be held on March 30th, 2021 at Olivet Memorial Park, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, Ca 94014, building #1651 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm with rosary promptly at 7pm.

The funeral will be held on March 31st, 2021 at The St. Veronica's Church, 434 Alida Way, South San Francisco, CA 94080 at 10:30am with precession to the cemetery to follow.
