Rufus Samuel Morgan Sr. age 94 of Nashville, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Nashville, Arkansas. He was born December 2, 1930 in New Mexico, the son of the late Rufus McCrary Morgan and Lillie Frachiseur Morgan.
Mr. Morgan was a proud United States Navy veteran and served in Korea. During his career he was the owner and operator of Miday Upholstery.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ommie Jane Morgan; brothers Benjamin Morgan and Jim Morgan; two sisters Ruth White and Lucille Morgan; and two step sons Dexter Moorman and Bobby Neal Moorman.
Survivors include his son Rufus Morgan Jr; one sister Edrie Crisp; a step daughter Pat Winters; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Cremation services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
