Russell Earl Fritz

Russell E. Fritz, age 72 of Wilmington, DE passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at his home. Born in Darby, PA a son of Earl and Helen Dallesandro Fritz, he resided in Wilmington for the past 40 years, previously residing in Aston, PA. Russell retired from Pathmark Supermarket Company after 35+ years in 2009 in the maintenance department. He enjoyed cooking, loved cars and completing car repairs especially on antique vehicles. Russell enjoyed watching movies and telephone calls with his son and time spent with his grandchildren, and his cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, John W. Fritz. Russell is survived by his wife, Katherine Fritz, two sons, Nicholas (Amanda) Fritz, and Joseph Fritz; a daughter, Heidi Fritz; two grandchildren, Sam and Amelia; his brother, Michael Dallesandro; and his cousins, Kim Kocher, Jack Kocher, and Walt Rodgers. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 9AM to 10AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Road, Garnet Valley, PA followed by a funeral service at 10AM.
