Ruth Emerson Obituary
Fran earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State University. She was a Commissioned Chaplain and proudly worked with the Chaplain's Outreach Ministries in St. Petersburg. She dearly loved her many incredible friends and was a well-loved member of her community.
Predeceased by her parents, Howard and Ruth Emerson, Fran is survived by her daughters Pamela (Eddie) Akon, Melissa Luce and Danielle (Steve) Kelley; and six grandchildren Megan Owens, Nicole Peters, Ryan Peters, Leah Kelley, Hunter Kelley, and Maxwell Kelley-Melodia. She also leaves behind two brothers, Judd (Lynne) Emerson and Bob (Bonnie) Emerson.
As per Mom's request, no public funeral or memorial service will be held.
