Ruth Arlene Hall, age 93, of Orrville, passed away with family by her side holding her hands, Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at West View Healthy Living in Wooster, following a period of declining health.
Ruth was born on October 23, 1930, in Webster County, West Virginia, to the late Gustin James and Martha Agnes (Ward) Plymale and married NT Hall on June 26, 1964, in West Virginia. NT passed away on June 29, 1978.
She started out working in the tabaco fields with her husband for many years before transitioning to a homemaker. She resided with her sister, Rebbeca Pauline, in Orrville.
Ruth was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Wooster. She enjoyed being outdoors, doing yard work, flower gardening, and going on walks. She adored all her great and great great nieces and nephews and thought of them like they were her own children. Ruth was an incredible woman; she was very loving, caring, giving, and honest to a fault.
Surviving are her sister, Rebecca Rose; numerous nieces and nephews, including a special niece and nephews, Tamela Brown, Simon Nicholas, Milton Plymale, and Roland (Lena) Plymale; numerous great nieces and nephews, including special great nieces and nephews, Joni (Joe Kimberlin) Groves, Jenifer (The Kyle) Brown, Jeremy Groves, Scooter Brown, and Jeston (Bre) Brown; numerous great great nieces and nephews, including special great great nieces and nephews, Autumn (Kyle) Harris, Audrey (Logan) Brenner, Peyton Brown, Makayla Brown, Curtis (Madison) Harris, Jacob Brown, Logan Weber, and Hunter Brown; and special friends, Carey, Larry, Janie, and Dotty.
She was preceded in death by her husband; both her parents; siblings, Rhoda "Roadie" Plymale, Paul Plymale, Paulus Plymale, Philman Plymale, Phylus Plymale, Philip Plymale, Patrick Plymale; and a nephew, Mark Crites.
Per Ruth's wishes cremation will take place and burial of her cremated remains will take place at her family's plot in West Virginia.
Memorials may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3233 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.

Saying not to mess with the apple tree or flowers /yard work was very much enjoyable with aunt sue/And big smiles were on our faces when we watched her mow 5 minutes in the back yard/and you could never forget her attitude personality andvoice
