Ruth E. Hickey, 85, passed away on Thursday, March 21st, at her home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Gloucester, she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Lucibelle (Smith) Williams. She was the loving wife of William "Peter" Hickey with whom she shared 50 years of marriage before his passing.
