Ruth Neary Obituary

Tullahoma, TN passed away on Friday, December 22nd, 2023 at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital at the age of 83. Ms. Neary was born in Rochester, New York to the late Francis and Florence Crozier Neary. During her life, Ruth worked for many years as a Pediatric Registered Nurse. In addition to her parents, Ms. Neary was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Neary. She is survived by one sister, Janet Philbrook; two brothers, Robert (Judy) Neary and Richard (Catherine) Neary; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
Ruth's life story will be shared during visitation, 10:30-11:30 am on Saturday, June 29th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Ln. Her funeral service will follow at 11:30 am. A burial of her cremains will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For those who wish, the family asks that donations in Ruth's memory be made to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary- www.bestfriends.org.
