Ruth Marilyn Shuffield, 82, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away surrounded by her family on September 23, 2025. She was born January 21, 1943, in Greenbrier, Arkansas to the late Arlin Higdon and Fay Cotton Higdon.
She is proceeded by her parents, Arlin and Fay Higdon; husband of 62 years, Thomas (Tommy) Shuffield and grandson Chance Taylor.
Ruth is survived by her sons, Shawn Shuffield, Mark (Lisa) Shuffield; daughter, Kimberly (Robert) Sullivan; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two brothers, Sam (Jan) Higdon, Bobby (Lauri) Higdon; sister, Sue Inmon; and a host of family and friends.
Ruth was loved very deeply by her family and loved them just as much. She was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord.
