Ruth F. Zarroli, a longtime resident of Marlton, NJ died peacefully on December 18 at the age of 97 at home in St. Augustine, Florida.
Ruth is survived by her children Carol Dadetto, Linda Bjornson, Suzanne(Tony) Williams; and Gene (Lynne) Zarroli and grandchildren Gina Dadetto Harper; Greg (Katie) Zarroli; Katie (Jesse) St.Clair, Caroline(Andrew) Vande Poole, Jeff (Meghan) Bjornson and Kevin Bjornson. Also great grandchildren Luke, Eric, Graham, Gianna, Logan, Reagan, Sydney, Jesse, Stella and Penelope.
She is predeceased by husband Gene, brothers Robert and Joseph Davidoski, sister Helen Nowosielski and son-in-law Joseph Dadetto.
Ruth was born in Philadelphia on July 19, 1926. She was a homemaker and worked at Strawbridge and Clothier Department store.
Ruth was a devoted wife of 71 years, beloved mother, grandmother"Nanny" and great grandmother. She enjoyed time with family, weekends at the Jersey shore and casinos. She loved people, especially children. She was generous and caring.
She will be forever deeply missed by her family and friends and those who knew her.
On Tuesday, January 2 a visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 11:00 am with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 am at Craig Funeral Home, 1475 Old Dixie Highway,
St. Augustine, Florida 32084 followed by a burial at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave., Bushnell, FL 33513
