Ryan Lee Manthey age 41 of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan passed away on August 3, 2025 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He was born in Southfield, Michigan on April 29, 1984 to Ron and Sharon Manthey.
Ryan graduated for Lahser High School in 2002, then proudly received his degree from the University of Michigan in 2006, shortly after receiving his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School in 2009, where he served as the secretary and treasurer of his class.
He is survived by his mother, Sharon Manthey of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, his father Ronald (Louise) Manthey of Mesquite, Nevada, half sisters Kimberly (Pat) Dennis of New Baltimore, Debbie (Jenette) of Dearborn, his niece Tori Dennis of New Baltimore, his nephew Matt Dennis of St. Clair Shores, his cousins, Brad (Clarissa) Hellowell of Cadillac, Lori Noaker of Canton, and Lindsay (Eric) Elsholz of Cadillac. Other survivors will include his step brothers Craig Kuras of Ypsilanti, Danny Kuras of Studio City, California and Kevin Kuras of Center Line.
Memorial Contributions may be directed to the Michigan Humane Society in the name of Ryan.
