Ryland was a native and lifelong resident of Colbert County. He attended Gateway Church in Russellville and was a member of AAU Track and Field and Turbo Elite Track Club. He loved track, football, and basketball. Ryland had the biggest heart and loved everyone. He never met a stranger. His greatest accomplishment was being his mother's keeper. Their bond is unbreakable, even in death. Ryland was preceded in death by his grandfather, Logan Calvert; his two great-grandfathers, Roger Wagnon and Johnny Walker; and great-grandparents, James and Mary Wooten and Bobby and Sarah Calvert.
He is survived by his parents, Tiffany and Jon Calvert; grandparents, Sherry "Honey" Willis, Johnny and Donna Wagnon – his Nonnie and Nonna, Pat and Lisa Wagnon, and Linda and Darrell Poole; his great-grandmothers, Mary Walker and Gladys McNatt; sisters, Jaiden Calvert and Kylee Calvert; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; other family members; friends; and his best boy, Cork.
The family expresses special thanks to his coaches, Micah McCulloch and LaDrake Roy.

Tiffany and John,
I know you have a million prayers going out for you guys but I just want to make sure that you know that there's even more family that's praying hard for you guys.
The entire Fuller family and the Stevens family are here for you and praying we love you guys very much.
I know it's been a long time Tiffany but we've always made sure to check in with Drew and your mom hearing all the good blessings and great things that you have done as a mother. We have always held you close to our hearts and prayers
Ryland was and is a beautiful soul and an awesome kid! I believe he was so special that he was only meant to be here for a short period of time because God needed him somewhere else for something bigger that we cannot wrap our minds around at the moment that's just how special he was!!
I also believe our father loves us so much that it could be cut and dried and done, but it's not. He loves us so much that he made a way and that way will be the most beautiful greatest moment for all of our lives.
We will meet at the gate and see him again and what a glorious day that will be!!!
