Sally L. Creason

Sally Lorese (Davis) Creason, 54-year-old Vinita resident, passed away, July 2, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 19, 1970, in McComb, Mississippi to Arthur Douglas Davis and Ethel Mae (Dillon) Davis. Sally went to school in Miami and graduated from Miami High School in 1988. Sally worked her younger years for Quick Trip in Vinita, Pump-N-Pete's, Maples Convenience Store, Braums, Fountain House and lastly many years as a proud rural mail carrier of 27 years at the Vinita Post Office. Sally loved softball and coached for 15 years. She was a board member of the Vinita Youth Recreation League, serving as Vice President. Sally was an avid gardener, canner, had a green thumb with house plants and was a salt and pepper shaker collector. She also loved horses, cooking, roses, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ethel Mae Davis.
The family includes her father, Arthur Douglas Davis of Springdale, Arkansas; her children, Richard Douglas Knight and Kalifornia Bradford of Vinita, Charlie Creason and Dakota Creason of Bluejacket, Glenda Creason and Dylan Tyler of Vinita, Gracie Creason of Vinita, Denna Paul and husband Cameron Paul of Carl Junction, Andrea Oliver of Granite City, Illinois; brothers Jon Davis and wife Pam of Springdale, Arkansas, Tim Davis of Midwest City; sister, Christine Davis of Springdale, Arkansas; grandchildren, Sawyer James Bradford-Knight, Dustin, Dylan, Tayler and Karli Creason, Austin and Jaxon Barnett, Lilly and Dale Oliver, Ryker and Thayah Paul and baby coming soon; niece and nephew, Kaitlyn and JC Davis. Numerous other relatives and many friends.
The celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bill Morgan Sports Complex, Rev. Jon Davis will officiate.
