Sally A. Kline, 81 of 15 Newell Avenue, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024, at CVPH Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Malone, New York on January 30, 1943, the daughter of Howard and Bernice (LeFlesh) LaPoint.
Sally retired from CVPH Medical Center in 1999 after 35 years of service where there was a great feeling of camaraderie within her department. She developed close friendships amongst her co-workers that continued on long after her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family and lunch dates with her friends, along with trips to the casino with her companion Bob.
She is survived by her loving niece Stacey (Shutts) LaMountain who helped take care of her and made sure she was comfortable to the end, her companion Bob Lacey, and his children Julie (Lacey) Febo, Michael (Tammy) Lacey, grandchildren Juliano (Eva) Febo, Michaela Lacey, daughter in-law Jessica Kline and her children Jessica, Abigale, Alexander and Mia Sears.
Sally is also survived by her three sisters, Jeanette (LaPoint) Dubrey, Diane (LaPoint) Shutts, Genevieve (LaPoint) (John) Mailloux, sister in-laws Judy (Humiston) LaPoint, Jane (LaPoint) McDonald, Betty Charland, along with several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Jerry (Tommy) Kline, her son Steven Kline. Parents, Howard & Bernice LaPoint, brothers Howard, Robert, George, William, Francis, Albert, Phillip, Tommy, and her sisters Barb and MaryRita. Sister in-laws Judy (Vincent) LaPoint, Jacki (Perry) LaPoint, Margaret (King) LaPoint and brother in-laws Donald Collins and John Cayea.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday July 25, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Lyon Mountain Methodist Church. Entombment will follow at the Town of Ellenburg Community Mausoleum.
Memorial donations may be officer to the Elmore SPCA or The Fitz Patrick Cancer Center. Arrangements are entrust to Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901
