Sally was born in Flint, MI on November 25, 1929, daughter of the late Sydney and Eugenia (Holmes) Pratt. Sally dedicated 30 fulfilling years to General Motors/Metal Fab, where she found great joy and purpose in her work. Her greatest pride, however, was in her family. She relished every moment spent with her children, and her heart was full when surrounded by her grandbabies and great-grandbabies. Her vibrant spirit was evident in her ever-ready smile and quick wit, bringing warmth and joy to everyone around her. Summer vacations at Long Lake in Alpena were particularly special to Sally, creating a treasure trove of happy memories that she cherished deeply. Her cooking was legendary, her zest for life and her ability to bring people together will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Sally's legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, who will forever treasure her memory and the many joyful moments they shared.
Sally is survived by her 4 children, Richard T. Ponsetto, Jr. (Tricia), Mike (Sandy) Ponsetto, Mary Ponsetto and Laura Ponsetto; 6 grandchildren, Sarah (Nick), Julian, Eden, Katie (Paul), Becky and Joel (Skylar); 3 great-grandchildren, Kane, Kole and Sebastian; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Pratt; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sydney and Eugenia Pratt; husband, Richard T. Ponsetto; 3 siblings, Virginia, Mary and Bill.
