Born October 6, 1936 in Cumberland, MD, Ms. Rank was the daughter of the late James Maxwell Conrad and Florence (Miller) Conrad. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years: Richard Perry Rank; and her sisters: Maxine Sutherland and Linda Wiseman.
Sally graduated from Allegany High School and retired from the Schwab Company. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sally is survived by her son: Richard Perry Rank, II; her grandchildren: Taylor Paunivic and husband Milan; Paige Rank and Caden Rank; her great-grandchildren: Alijana, Elena, and Leila; as well as her sister: Carol Cline; and her niece: Staci Rank.
No services are planned at this time.
Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A. is assisting the family.

Sally wa a good friend of my sister, Nancy Deffenbaugh. Nancy passed away in 2022. They were both 11 years older than me. However, I remember her and Dick down at our house. My dad Frank loved all the "kids" that hung-out with my sister.
Rest in peace Sally; and give my sister a big hug for me !! Love you both.
